Another Week In Migrant Rape Britain: When Is Enough Enough?

This week saw the sentencing of two Afghan asylum seekers who were convicted of raping a 15 year-old girl in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire back in May 2025. The teenagers who were originally reported as being “from the Leamington Spa area” can now be named as Israr Niazal and Jan Jahanzeb, both 17. Both came over as unaccompanied asylum seekers within the past year, and were staying in local authority care.
Niazal was sentenced to 10 years and 8 months while Jahanzeb was detained for 9 years and 10 months. Grainy CCTV footage captured the moment the victim, who was simply out with friends, being forcibly dragged away by the two 17 year-olds. The attack which was described as “horrific” was also filmed, the footage obtained by police was “high distressing” according to prosecutor Shawn Williams.
The victim herself later gave an impact statement saying the “the day I was raped changed me as a person. Now every time I go out I don't feel safe.” Her mother spoke of “watching their vibrant, happy and confident daughter shrink down and suffer with anxiety so bad, she is often physically sick.”
After the pair were convicted Richard Hobbs, a Detective Chief Inspector with Warwickshire Police said that “Jahanzeb and Niazal went out of their way to befriend the victim with the intention of raping her.” The defence lawyer for one of the convicted rapists blamed the reason for the attack on “cultural differences” and said his client was “not used to a society where women are free and deemed equal to men.”
This highlights a stark and disturbing trend of other sexual assaults committed by migrants of completely alien origin, who also have cultures and religions which are completely incompatible with our own.
The horrific details of this crime emerge in the wake of yet more sexual offences committed in the space of a few days. Greater Manchester Police says it received reports of a rape at a flat in Bolton involving two 14 year-old girls.
28 year-old Sultani Bakatash, another Afghan national was arrested in connection with the alleged incident which occurred in the early hours of Sunday 7th December. He has since been charged with two counts of rape of a girl under the age of 16, one count of sexual assault and one count of assault by penetration. Bakatash is due to appear in court this week.
Another Two Afghan migrants are also among four people implicated in the rape of a teenage girl at her own home in Bristol which occurred in the St Weburghs area on the night of 29th November.
Salman Habibkheil and Awal Amadzai have since both been charged with rape. All have been remanded in custody and are due to appear in Bristol Crown Court next year.
This dizzying and grim picture comes in light of the data leak back in 2022 which revealed that the last Tory government had resettled thousands of Afghans under their Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS) and Afghan Resettlement and Assistance Program (ARAP).
This was championed by former immigration minister Robert Jenrick who hailed welcoming Afghan refugees as a “national project”. He wanted to ensure “long term integration” where the government would “welcome, resettle and fully integrate these families”. This was to ensure a commitment to Afghans who had worked with the British during the 20 year conflict in the country.
Regardless of the commitment made, it is worth noting that between 2021 and 2023 there were 104,000 foreign national convictions which included tens of thousands of sexual offences and violent crime.
For sexual offences, Afghanistan was top in terms of per capita numbers according to Migration Control, and foreign nationals in general were convicted for sexual crimes at a rate that is 71% higher than the British population.
Again, we are bearing witness to an ever-growing epidemic of sexual offences and violent crime that occurs almost on a daily basis now. Many at this point will be drawing reasonable conclusions between certain ethnicities and these types of crimes.
Dealing with our own is hard enough, but each and every new preventable atrocity was a policy choice. When is enough truly enough?
