Four Guilty of Gang Rape Horror

Four men have been convicted of serious sexual offences against a 16-year-old girl which spanned multiple days. The victim, who had run away from home, endured a series of brutal sexual attacks across multiple locations after being identified and groomed in Birmingham.

Authorities described the ordeal as a calculated exploitation, with the perpetrators using vehicles, hotels, and coordinated efforts to carry out their crimes. Arqash Zaffar, Shiraz Nassir, Mohammed Nadim, and Shaban Arif were handed guilty verdicts at Birmingham Crown Court earlier this week.

The events began when the girl was waiting for a bus on Alum Rock Road in Birmingham. Arqash Zaffar, 41, of Persehouse Street in Walsall, initially approached her in his BMW and asked for her phone number, which she refused.

Several days later, Zaffar returned to the same location with Mohammed Nadim, 45, of Holtshill Lane in Walsall. The pair persuaded the girl to enter the vehicle under the pretense of offering her a lift to the city centre. Instead, Zaffar drove to a secluded area where both he and Nadim sexually assaulted her in the back of the car.

Following the initial assault, Zaffar transported the victim to Walsall, where he picked up Shaban Arif, 42, of Holden Crescent in Walsall. The group then drove to Denton in Greater Manchester to meet Shiraz Nassir, 40, of Fir Road. At Nassir's home, Zaffar and Nassir raped the girl.

The perpetrators returned her to Walsall, where Arif booked a hotel room using his own identification details, including his name, vehicle registration, and driving licence. This information later proved crucial to the investigation. In this hotel room, Zaffar subjected the victim to further abuse, with Arif present.

The exploitation escalated when Zaffar drove the girl to Birmingham to meet an associate, to whom he would offer the hotel room key and access to the victim, though the offer was declined. Back at the Walsall hotel that evening, Zaffar informed the girl that he had "something for [her]," leading to her being raped shortly after by four men who remain unidentified.

The victim reported the crimes to the police following the horrific ordeal, triggering a multi-agency investigation led by West Midlands Police. Key evidence included mobile phone records, hotel bookings, vehicle insurance details, and automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) data, which helped identify and connect the four men.

Detective Sergeant Nicola Baker of West Midlands Police commended the victim's bravery, noting that her detailed account was instrumental in securing the convictions. She also noted that the case involved collaboration across police forces and relied heavily on forensic and digital evidence.

At trial, Zaffar was convicted of five counts of rape, four counts of causing a child to engage in sexual activity without consent, and one count of facilitating travel with a view to sexual exploitation. Nassir was found guilty of one count of rape. Nadim was convicted of one count of sexual assault, while Arif was convicted of one count of facilitating travel of a child with a view to sexual exploitation. All four were remanded in custody following the verdicts, with sentencing scheduled for March 19, 2026.

It is disgraceful that over a decade after the Rotherham scandal entered the public eye, we are still seeing gangs of Asian men on the streets of Britain preying on the most vulnerable of our young girls with their same sick, sadistic tricks.

There is no way that such egregious and organised abuse could be perpetrated by novices; these men had done it before, they had friends who did it too, and had this young girl not been brave enough to speak up, they would have done it again.

No amount of enquiries, cases, and arrests can stop this. The only way to stop the rape of Britain is with Remigration.
