Kai began his career as a young, firebrand activist for the nationalist pressure group Patriotic Alternative under the alias Barkley Walsh. Since his rise to prominence, he has both developed his own profile on both YouTube and X, whilst also helping to build the Norfolk branch of the Homeland Party into a functioning force for nationalist change in the region.

Since leaving in August 2025, Kai has been a guest contributor at Outpost, with a special focus on community politics stories, and analysis of current events in the British Nationalist scene.
